Back by popular demand, the Site Remediation Industry Network (SRIN), in collaboration with the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ) and the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA), will again host a half-day workshop focused on New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Remedial Action Permit application.

Among many topics of interest to environmental consultants, attorneys and responsible parties, the workshop will include the following:

• Permit application form overview, procedures and completion guidance;
• Common issues, administrative and technical deficiencies cited by NJDEP staff;
• Panel discussions focused on issues specific to pre-Site Remediation Reform Act cases and new LSRP cases featuring RPs, LSRPs and NJDEP; and
• Much more.
