  • 05 Mar 2014
  • Liberty Science Center, Jersey City, NJ
Early Bird Registration has been extended until January 23rd at 9:00pm.

Now in its fifth year, the Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop will be held in Jersey City at the Liberty Science Center on March 5, 2014. Click here to download a copy of the Early Bird Registration Flyer with program details.

Keynote Speakers include David Lloyd, Director, USEPA, Office of Brownfield and Land Revitalization and Jeffrey Logan, Executive Deputy Secretary, PA Department of Environmental Protection. They will lead presentations on how the changes in leadership at their agencies will impact brownfields, redevelopment, sustainability and communities.

NSCW has sold out the four previous years, in Newark, Bridgeport, CT and New York City. Started by a varied, regional group of environmental professionals, its vision is a lively, intense exchange of ideas regarding brownfields, sustainability and community. Several SWEP members are helping to plan the workshop, including Susan Boyle, Elizabeth Limbrick, Wanda Monahan, Colleen Kokas and Elizabeth Barton from the CT Chapter.
Join your peers at the 5th Northeast Sustainable Community Workshop for another successful program of interactive presentations and discussions. Stay to network after the program at the Networking Cocktail Reception hosted by NJSWEP held in the Observation Tower in the Liberty Science Center. Spectacular views not to be missed!
