Our Mission
- To encourage and promote the leadership, achievement, and professional development of individuals identifying women in the environmental professions;
- To provide an informal setting for individuals identifying as women in the environmental professions to meet, share substantive information and work experiences, and network;
- To educate members on new developments and current trends in the environmental field; and
- To encourage and promote public service in the environmental field.
NJSWEP Chapter meetings are a forum for discussion of issues experienced by our members. Other membership benefits include periodic news updates, regular seminars, opportunities for self-promotion and corporate promotion, networking luncheons, and mentoring opportunities.
