PROGRAM:
3:30 – 4:00 Registration and Safety Briefing for Plant Tours
4:00 – 4:30 Plant Tours Depart (Groups of ten) **No-open toed shoes or cell phones allowed in plant.  Hard Hats and safety glasses will be provided.
5:30 – Tours complete
5:30 – 6:30 – Registration for Meeting presentation and Networking
5:30 – 6:30 – Portuguese Dinner with specialty pastries
6:30 – 7:00 – AHMP Business Meeting
7:00 – 8:00 – Presentation – The Scent of Sustainability

Due to security measures, all attendees must be preregistered by Friday June 21, at 5:00 PM.  Member pricing is available to all member professional associations.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Presenters: Blaine Rothauser (GZA Geoenvironmental); Ron Kurtz, CHMM (Firmenich); & Joe Galley, CHMM (GZA Geoenvironmental)

BLAINE ROTHAUSER is a Senior Natural Resource Specialist with 28 years of experience with wetland and aquatic resource assessment, ecological restoration, mitigation design and permitting. Ecologist with extensive field time in natural land use investigation, Mid-Atlantic threatened and endangered species analysis, native and invasive flora specialist.

JOE GALLEY is a Vice President with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. with a concentration in site assessment, and investigation, regulatory compliance and site remediation.    After spending his early career at the NJDEP, then running a small environmental consulting firm for 20 years, Joe has brought his three decades of experience to GZA where he is a principal in the Fairfield New Jersey office.  Joe is a Certified Hazardous Material Manager and holds a Licensed Site Remediation Professional license.   Although working with a variety of client sectors, his specialty is working with industrial clients to achieve regulatory compliance  with the Industrial Site Recovery Act, the ISO 14001 standard and sites subject to the Site Remediation Reform Act.

RON KURTZ is the Director of Health, Safety & Environmental Excellence for North America and the QHS&E Director for the Newark facility of Firmenich. Ron has more than 25 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) working as an EHS professional in the specialty chemical, pharmaceutcal and food industries. Ron is a Nuclear Engineer, as well as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP).
