It's back! Join us for a guided bird walk at Mercer Meadows as we search for grassland favorites like the Northern Harrier and the elusive Short-eared Owl. This relaxed, slow-paced walk is perfect for the bird-curious, beginners, and anyone looking to enjoy nature without pressure.

We’ll walk about 2 miles at an easy pace, pausing often to observe, learn, and connect. Expect a welcoming, lighthearted experience that meets people exactly where they are in their birding journey.

We’ll meet at Mercer Meadows – Pole Farm (111–167 Cold Soil Rd, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648). Please dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring water and binoculars if you have them.
